Supply position

Two doors closed. This is where that leaves you.

Between early 2025 and mid-2026 the two channels this industry ran on — the compounding pharmacy and the border — narrowed sharply. If you've been sourcing for more than a year, you've already felt at least one of these.

Feb 2025
Shortage declarations end. The exemption that had let clinics source compounded material domestically and defensibly begins to close.
Apr–May 2025
A federal ruling goes against the compounders, and outsourcing facilities are given a fixed date to stop. Practices on a single pharmacy partner lose supply overnight.
Sep 2025
Over fifty warning letters issued to vendors and compounders in a single month. Several named suppliers stop shipping.
FY 2025
Border detentions rise roughly 40% year over year. Shipments that cleared routinely for years start being held.
May 2026
Import Alert 66-41 is revised to authorise detention without physical examination, and dozens of additional foreign API facilities are added — together a substantial share of the injectable peptide API entering the country each year.

Material already standing on American soil cannot be detained at a port it has already cleared.

That is the whole of our supply argument. We carry the import risk, once, before anything is offered to you — so what you're buying is domestic stock moving domestically. You are not the importer of record, and a shipment to you cannot be held at a border.

Verification chain

Four things you can check without asking us.

A certificate is a document, and documents in this category have been falsified — a 2026 FDA investigation of foreign peptide API facilities found certificate records showing tests that were never performed. So a certificate is only worth the chain standing behind it.

A separate 2026 analysis of 6,441 research-grade samples found between 41% and 71% failed basic quality criteria, with measurable endotoxin in roughly one in seven. Your skepticism is calibrated, not paranoid. Keep it — and use it on the four links below, each of which you can verify without our cooperation.

STEP 01

Source

Material comes direct from the synthesis facility, not through a broker chain. We know which line it ran on and we buy the same line every time — that's what makes lot 40 match lot 1.

STEP 02

Analyze

Every lot runs a full seven-assay panel at an independent laboratory. Not a facility certificate forwarded from the seller — a fresh panel on the lot that's going to you.

STEP 03

Document

Results are issued against the lot number, dated, and tied to the shipment. You get the actual report with the actual numbers on it, including the ones most suppliers leave off.

STEP 04

Release & retain

Only then does the lot release for shipment. A retained sample is archived for 24 months, so an independent re-test is always possible after the fact.

The panel that runs on every lot

Seven assays, independent lab, results issued against your lot number — not a generic certificate for the compound class.

Ask any supplier for line four.

Most quote purity and stop there. Net peptide content is the one that tells you how much of what you paid for is actually peptide — and it's the one that's usually missing.

The second number

Every supplier gives you one number. We publish two.

Purity tells you how clean the peptide is. It cannot tell you how much of the vial is peptide.

They're independent measurements. Purity is how much of the peptide fraction is the right molecule. Net peptide content is how much of the vial is peptide at all — the rest being counter-ion, water, salt and bulking agent. A vial can read 99% pure and be 70% peptide by weight, because the purity detector cannot see the filler.

One number — purity alone
99.1%

Clean peptide fraction. Says nothing about mass. If net content isn't on the certificate, the milligrams you're paying for are unverified.

Two numbers — what ships with every lot
99.4% / 87.2%

Purity and net peptide content, both assayed at an independent lab, both printed on the certificate. Price per actual milligram of peptide, and compare suppliers on the same basis.

A few suppliers measure this, buried in a methodology page. We're saying it belongs on the certificate. Purity alone was never the whole answer — just the only number anyone published.

If you're comparing quotes this week, ask each supplier for net peptide content on a specific lot number. It's a fair question and it takes them a minute to answer.

Every order

What arrives with the material.

Both numbers, certified

Purity and net peptide content, assayed at an independent lab and printed on the certificate for your lot. Not one number and a footnote.

Retained sample

Archived 24 months. If you want an independent re-test a year from now, the material to test still exists.

Certificate included

Full seven-assay panel, issued against your lot number and dated. Included on every order — never a paid add-on, never "available on request".

Chain of custody

Documented from facility release through our US inventory to your dock. No unexplained gaps.

Cold-chain handling

Temperature-controlled storage and insulated, tracked outbound shipping as the material requires.

Accounts we open

Built for buyers who order on a schedule.

Different operations need different things from a supplier. The one thing they all need is for the second order to be identical to the first.

Clinics & medical practices

Documentation that survives scrutiny, consistent lots, and a supply line that doesn't go dark between orders.

Wellness practices & med spas

Predictable pricing and lead times you can plan a schedule against, with paperwork on file for every lot received.

Research organizations & labs

Full analytical panels, reproducible lot-to-lot material, purchase orders and institutional invoicing.

Distributors & resellers

Volume-banded pricing, depth of stock, and the batch documentation your own downstream will ask you for.

Brand owners

Private-label and drop-ship arrangements, with lot consistency that protects you the moment you scale past one batch.

The open retest

Send any lot to any accredited lab you pick. If it misses the certificate, we pay for the test.

You can't verify before you pay. So the only guarantee worth anything is one that pays for the verification after.

Plenty of suppliers offer an independent retest. What they leave you holding is the cost of the test — the part that turns a guarantee into something you'd actually use. So that's the part we cover.

No restocking fee, no dispute process, no lab we have to approve. We can write it that way because we've already run the panel, and the retained sample is still in our archive if either of us needs a tiebreaker.

02

Verification

A short call to confirm the business and what you're sourcing. Catalog, specs and banded pricing go out on that call — median the same business day from submission.

03

Banded pricing locked to your volume, a named account manager, and net terms once the account is established.

Procurement questions

The things worth asking any supplier.

Neither, precisely. We're a distributor with a direct relationship at the synthesis facility, holding US domestic inventory. We don't run the reactors, and we don't pretend to. What we do control is which line the material comes off, the independent panel it runs before release, and the conditions it's held under until it ships.

A supplier who claims to manufacture but can't name a facility is telling you something. So is one who won't say either way.

Because a public compound list is what gets a supplier de-indexed, ad-banned or dropped by a processor — and when that happens, your supply stops with their traffic. Keeping the list private is how the channel stays open.

It also keeps your pricing out of your competitors' hands. Both go out in full once we've verified who we're talking to, typically within the same business day.

The question that actually matters, and the one most suppliers can't answer. Consistency comes from buying the same line at the same facility every time rather than shopping each order to whoever is cheapest that month.

Every lot runs the same panel, so you can compare certificates directly across a year of orders. And because we retain a sample of each for 24 months, drift is something you can prove rather than suspect.

Send it to any accredited independent lab you choose. If the result is materially outside the certificate we issued, we replace the lot in full or refund it at your election, and we reimburse the testing cost. No restocking fee and no dispute process.

$2,500, and it does not move — the same minimum opens the account and applies to every reorder after it. Before that, new accounts can take a sample lot below the minimum: priced, not free, and credited against your first full order.

We price samples deliberately. Free samples attract people who never order, and the cost of that lands in everyone else's unit price.

Yes. Net-30 is available on approved accounts from the third order, and we invoice against institutional purchase orders for research and academic buyers. Wire, ACH and card are all accepted before terms are established.

We do, and it's already behind us by the time you order. Material clears into US inventory before it's listed as available, so what you're buying is domestic stock shipping domestically. You aren't the importer of record, and a shipment to you can't be held at a border.

Both. Private label is applied at our facility with RUO compliance maintained on the labeling. Drop-ship goes out blind under your account — your buyer never sees our name. Lot documentation follows the material either way, which is what protects you if a downstream customer ever asks.

No. Everything we supply is sold as a chemical reagent for in-vitro laboratory research only. We are not a pharmacy and not a 503A or 503B compounding facility, and we don't supply material for administration to humans or animals. Buyers attest to research use when opening an account, and we decline inquiries that indicate otherwise.
